Well now isn’t that a question!
The problem is its very difficult to answer this in fishing but probably there’s a bit of everything involved in having one of those “never to forget” fishing trips and Mark from Cumbria certainly had one of those when fishing with us recently.
Mark usually visits us in the Winter period and it wouldn’t be lying too much if I said he normally has to endure pretty terrible weather whilst in Norfolk, I think he puts it in the back of his car and brings it down from Cumbria especially…lol Anyway this years the weathers perfect, more like Autumn than Winter and the fish certainly responded in due fashion by going on somewhat of a feeding binge! Theres a few pictures below of some of Marks catches and we can’t wait to see him back next season, one thing though Mark, you really do need to stop getting overly excited and screaming for the landing net whenever you get a run, remember how the biggest Pike felt like a “jack” to start with!
