Norfolk Broads Pike Fishing Update

So we are now well past the midway point of September and fast approaching October, the boat traffic on the Norfolk Broads has reduced quite noticeably in the past week and its becoming relatively more peaceful. Water levels have continued to fluctuate this month but the good news is that slowly the weed is now starting to die back and making life just that bit easier. Fishing has remained steady with plenty of Pike being returned by clients on most days including some lovely early Autumn specimens.

The reduction in daylight hours coupled with the mixed weather has made some days really start to feel autumnal and warmer fishing clothing will soon be pulled out of storage I’m sure.

As always its been great to see everyone so far this season and I’m sure we all have fingers crossed we can all go fishing without any problems for the remainder of this river season.
